Organized sports introduce a variety of benefits into your fitness routine beyond improving physical health and wellness. Taking part in one of our sports leagues will improve your leadership abilities,  foster good sportsmanship, and raise self confidence, all while having fun. Basketball League

Cicero Family Fitness has a basketball league that plays Monday and Wednesday evenings. For more info go to syracusesportsassociation.com/sports/Basketball. 

 

Pickle Ball

A paddle sport gaining in popularity throughout the region, pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. At Cicero Family Fitness, the game is played on a badminton sized court with a modified tennis net in our gymnasium. Already a popular sport in the US and Canada, the game is growing internationally as well. Pickleball is played both recreationally and competitively, and is designed to be enjoyed by participants of any age and all fitness levels. Please see our current class schedule for dates and times of designated game play.
